# Eligibilité des dossiers

Afin de configurer les règles d'inéligibilité, il vous faut : 

Cliquer sur la tuile "Inéligibilité des dossiers"

Puis vous pourrez configurer les 3 options suivantes :&#x20;

* activer/desactiver le bloquage des dossiers si un dossier correspond aux critères
* renseigner le message d'inéligibilité qui sera affiché à l'usager si son dossier est inéligible
* ajouter des critères d'inéligibilité

Enfin, quand un usager reseigne un dossier avec des champs qui correspondent à vos critères d'inégilibilité, celui ci ne pourra déposer le dossier.
